August Board Meeting Summary

The Whisper Meadow HOA Board met on Monday, August 4th for the monthly board meeting. We had strong resident attendance and productive discussions across several topics.

Key items discussed: landscaping improvements along the main entrance, scheduling of the semi-annual community cleanup, and an update to pool operating hours beginning September 1st.

Community Event

Community Cleanup Day — August 20th

Mark your calendars! Our semi-annual Community Cleanup Day is scheduled for Saturday, August 20th from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Gloves, bags, and supplies will be provided. We'll be focusing on the walking trails, common areas, and the entrance landscaping. Light refreshments will be available.

All residents are welcome and encouraged to participate. The more hands, the better — and it's a great way to meet your neighbors!

Reminder

Pool Hours Update for Fall Season

As we head into fall, the community pool hours will be adjusted beginning September 1st. New hours will be Monday–Friday 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

The updated schedule is posted at the pool entrance. Please ensure all guests follow community pool rules. Thank you for your cooperation.

Maintenance

Entrance Landscaping Work — July 18–19

Scheduled landscaping maintenance will take place at the main community entrance on Friday, July 18th and Saturday, July 19th. Crews will be on-site from approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day.

There may be brief delays entering or exiting the neighborhood during peak work hours. We appreciate your patience as we improve our community's curb appeal.

Board Update

July Board Meeting Summary

The board met on July 7th to review Q2 financials, discuss the reserve fund status, and plan for upcoming community improvements. The budget remains on track for the fiscal year.

A proposal for new playground equipment in the common area was reviewed. The board will gather additional bids and present options at the August meeting.
